Before being one of the founders of Seofon Business Services Ltd, Caroline worked for a big corporate company and also smaller businesses and brings her skills and experience that she has gained throughout the years to Seofon.
Caroline is fully committed to providing the best possible customer service while working with you to look after your company accounts. Caroline is a Xero champion and also has experience in Sage and Quickbooks online. Caroline enjoys working closely with our clients to ensure that their records are kept up to date and accurate. She is highly organised and has helped our clients keep on top of their cashflow.
When Caroline is not at work she enjoys entertaining family and friends, going to Zumba, baking cakes and most of all spending time with her family. Caroline is a fully licenced chaperone and helps backstage at productions. She also enjoys raising money for her son’s local football team by providing bacon sandwiches every home game.
Hilary is passionate about providing excellent customer service and also working as efficiently as possible, and is always reviewing ways of working. She has helped businesses review their ways of working, and processes, and in doing so has reduce their costs and enabled them to work more efficiently.
Outside of work Hilary enjoys walking, reading and being involved with Horsham Community Responders as an active volunteer and a trustee of the charity.
With over 30 years of corporate experience Chris has a background in team supervision, investigation and compliance work.
He is a qualified bookkeeper and business mentor and has helped small businesses grow from the first seed of an idea through to profitable well established businesses able deal with the ups and downs of business life.
Looking after your needs is primary in his role and with many connections in the business community is able to introduce you to people who can assist in growing your business.
Chris had the idea for the Small Business Launchpad workshops that brings together a group of experts to share their knowledge and help business owners build solid foundations for their businesses to grow.
Outside of work Chris is an experienced Motorsport Marshal and can be found on many weekends in all weathers by the side of the track at Brands Hatch ready to assist drivers and keep them safe.
Linda provides accurate payroll services with an excellent level of customer service and attention to detail. She deals with sole traders through to the complex calculations required for medium sized companies.
Outside of work Linda enjoys painting, especially in watercolour, reading and enjoys being creative with a good eye for design.
Vicky is an effervescent member of the Seofon team who thrives on new challenges. She is customer focussed and enjoys building client relationships. Vicky has recently become the Office Manager along with her bookkeeping duties.
Vicky has many years’ experience of being a problem solver whilst working within a busy solicitors Conveyancing Department in the North of England and in Belfast. Prior to joining Seofon, Vicky worked as a Childcare Professional and ran a successful business for many years whilst her children were young.
Vicky in her spare time enjoys being creative and loves to learn new crafts. She mostly spends her time outdoors with her two young children and dog.
Emma is a bookkeeper and payroll assistant; extremely self motivated, enthusiastic and friendly. She brings fun to the work place while maintaining professionalism and dedication about her work and feels part of every business she looks after. Emma deals with clients of all sizes helping with credit control, organization of accounts, HMRC queries and performance targets.
Outside of work Emma is a fully qualified beauty therapist and brings her attention to detail and precision into all aspects of work and home life. She is also passionate about music, football, airsofting and dog walks
In her previous career, Claire worked for 18 years in the Private Jet Charter Industry, working as an Aircraft Charter Broker. During this time Claire organised both passenger and cargo flights for a variety of clients, including oil companies, the motor industry, the MOD, as well as air ambulance flights and then more recently provided charters for the music industry, where world tours were involved. It was essential to provide a very high level of care for these clients, with a lot of attention to detail and often adapting to last minute requirements. This is something that Claire has carried with her through to her position at Seofon. She provides administrative and accounting services to her clients, where she uses the skills she has developed over the years.
Claire has a young family and enjoys looking after them, including fundraising for the school that her children attend. In her spare time she enjoys singing in a choir, Pilates, walking and socialising. Her interests also include reading, drama and travelling.
Daisy is a trainee bookkeeper who started with us in Oct 2017. Prior to this she has no experience but is very excited to see what the future holds at Seofon. She enjoys helping people and getting the job done.
Outside of work she likes being with friends and listening to music
Linda has developed her customer service skills in both the retail and finance sectors. She now uses the skills to provide book-keeping and administrative support.
Since a recent move to Sussex she enjoys walking on the beach which has renewed her passion for the creative arts. She now spend her free time writing poetry, painting and taking photographs of the sea.
