A limited company in the UK is required to have an official address. The registered office address receives all the official mail from Companies House and HMRC. Companies House manages the “companies register” which displays every limited companies registered office address.
The register is publicly available on their website, plus many other commercial business information websites. To protect your privacy we provide a registered office address service. Customers and suppliers can view this information online therefore, for privacy reasons many Directors do not wish to use their home address.
You can then use the address on stationery (letters/emails) and websites alongside your trading or business contact address.
We charge £30 per annum, plus VAT for this service, which includes forwarding of any mail from HMRC and Companies House

We can also receive your letters, packages and small parcels (up to 5kg) and then get them to you in a variety of ways to suit you:
- Email, text or call you to say you have mail and you collect them
- Send them to you by 1st Class Royal Mail post. Choose from sameday/weekly/monthly
- Scan and email your correspondence to you
There is no set up fee.
Additional mailing names can be added at an additional £5 per month
